ABS Online Coaching is available to lifters anywhere in the world. Whether you’re an experienced competitor or just starting out, our coaches provide structured programming, feedback, and support to help you progress. No matter your location, you’ll receive the same level of guidance used to develop competitive lifters.

OVER 40'S TEAM

ABS—unlike many other teams—has a strong base of experienced, older athletes thanks to our long-standing presence in the sport. Our team includes lifters ranging from 40 to 65 years of age, and we have extensive experience working with older athletes. We understand the unique training demands that come with age and tailor our approach to help every lifter continue performing at their best.

IN PERSON COACHING

ABS HQ, based in Dublin at Westside Gym, offers everything you need to get stronger, including world-class equipment and in-person coaching. We provide club memberships, one-to-one coaching, and personalized programs designed to suit every lifter.

When you train at ABS HQ, you’ll also become part of a supportive community of lifters—all working together toward the same goal of getting stronger and performing at their best.

BEGINNERS POWERLIFTING COACHING

ABS works with beginners who want to learn powerlifting properly from the start. Whether you’re new to the squat, bench and deadlift or coming from general gym training, we focus on building strong fundamentals, correct technique and confidence under the bar.

Our coaches take a patient, structured approach—teaching proper movement patterns, smart load progression and good training habits. The goal is not to rush strength, but to build a solid base that keeps you progressing safely and consistently for years to come.
