Based in Finglas and Blanchardstown through our partnership with Westside Gyms, ABS Powerlifting is located within Dublin’s number one commercial gym. Each site features the ABS "Cage" – a dedicated space for powerlifters equipped with everything required to excel in the sport, including expert coaching, a supportive community, nutrition support, specialist accessory equipment, and recovery rooms.

The Westside x ABS partnership gives members the best of both worlds: Ireland’s most successful powerlifting club within a state-of-the-art gym environment. This collaboration creates the ideal setting for lifters of all levels to develop, compete, and succeed.

All new members are invited to book a free introductory Squat, Bench, and Deadlift session upon joining any Westside Gym.
