Deload weeks
Why don’t we deload in a traditional manner?

There are two main reasons why we don’t have traditional deload weeks.
- We don’t need them typically as our wave system performed correctly prevents you from over reaching.
Ideally you want to train to a point where you don’t need a deload week. This can be achieved from consistent change in stimulation through exercise selection, reps, intensity etc etc.
- The second reason would be it wastes too much time. If you took 3-5 deload weeks a year then that basically a month of very little training wasted. You can achieve the same goals from just rotating variations etc frequently.
