ALL PRO-AM ENTRANTS MUST ATTEND WEIGH-IN AT 14:30 FRIDAY MAY  31st.

Failure to attend will result in disqualification.

• Monolift (TDE)
• Squat  – AOA Squat Bar (Male Only) / Kabuki Power Bar (Female Only)
• Bench – Power Bar
• Deadlift – Deadlift Bar (Rogue)
• 2.5m Wraps or Knee Sleeves (7mm)
• Elbow Sleeves  / Compression cuffs allowed in Squat &  Deadlift.

• Walk Out
• Squat  – Power Bar
• Bench – Power Bar
• Deadlift – Deadlift Bar
• 2.5m Wraps or Knee Sleeves (7mm)
• Elbow Sleeves  / Compression cuffs allowed in Squat &  Deadlift.

Rules 

• Squat Commands – Squat & Rack
• Bench Commands – Start, Press, Rack (Head Down, Heels Up)
• Deadlift – Down command only
• 3 Attempts with attempt changes allowed twice on the last pull

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.

Lifters under a current anti doping ban are not permitted to enter this event.

DO NOT BUY DIVISION TICKETS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED DOTS FOR. ANYONE DOING THIS WILL BE REFUNDED.
